New and Notable: Dwell Studio Furniture
Enough with the power tool talk and tree climbing lingo – this morning’s post was for you men. We’re back to the furniture now so if you have a Y chromosome feel free to peace out.
For those of you who are sticking around, I give you the lovely new furniture line from Dwell Studio. It makes my heart go pitter patter, it’s too bad the prices range from $1,500 to one million dollars. But if I were J. Lo I would buy two of these coffee tables.
And I would put them in front of this sofa.
And then I would make my dogs perform tricks for me while I sit on it wearing Ray-Bans in the sun. Without shoes or two of my shirt buttons.
Okay, maybe not. Does anyone else think that whole house audition X-Factor thing is the creepiest?

New and Notable: West Elm
Ready for a real nice dose of how exciting our life is not? I had to get up at seven AM this morning to wait for the Rooter man – made famous by this past post. Hopefully this scheduled maintenance visit won’t cost us $300 like the last time - because I’ve got my eye on some shiny objects over at West Elm, who is basically Pottery Barn’s cooler younger brother.
I’m killing my wait time by pouring through the stack of new catologs and magazines that came in during August and September, many of which I haven’t touched yet. Is anyone else in denial that it’s October?
