It’s Real and It’s Spectacular
I’ve spent the first hour of my awakeness this Easter morning becoming exceedingly obsessed with this rug, via eBay. My “best offer” was prompty rejected, obvi. Consultation with the husband is required before countering the counter.
And it’s not some overpriced Anthropologie wannabe. It’s Persian and it’s spectacular.
Perhaps it could come live with us in a set up similar to all of this.
That would be an Easter morning miracle!
So I shop for dream rugs, what are you guys doing to celebrate – if your family celebrates Easter or Passover? We went to St. Thomas last night for the midnight vigil and then “out” for brinner.
We have a Durham Waffle House kind of love.

I am IN LOVE with this rug. I can’t stop looking back at this post and dreaming about how good it would look in my living room. Or office. Or bedroom. It’s like rug porn. If only I had $890 or so to spend on a rug. Sigh.
The seller went down to $600 for us on our “best offer.” It’s a great price for an antique rug, but just not the right price for us right now unfortunately. I hope it finds a great home!
Rug porn. Ha.
